Buildings and Swimming Pool Rates
LODGE
Daily Rate: $250

9th AVENUE RETREAT CENTER
Nightly Rate: $400
Weekly Rate: $2,000
Includes:
- Sleeps 32 people
- Large meeting space
- Restrooms with showers
- Full residential kitchen
MEYERS LEARNING CENTER
Upper Floor Only:
Nightly Rate: $300
Weekly Rate: $1,500
Includes:
- Sleeps 24 people
- Kitchenette with oven, stove and refrigerator
- Large meeting space
- (2) Restrooms with showers
Whole Building (Top floor plus bunk room on bottom floor):
Nightly Rate: $550
Weekly Rate: $2,750
Includes:
- Everything included with upper floor
- Sleeps 72 people in total
- (1) Additional restroom with showers
COTTAGE
Nightly Rate: $200
Weekly Rate: $875
Includes:
- (4) Separate rooms each with (2) queen beds and private bathroom with shower
- Large screened porch
- Full residential kitchen
Swimming Pool
3-hour Rental Rate: $335
Additional Time Rate: $50 per hour after initial 3 hours
Includes:
- Swim capacity of 63 people
- Lifeguard provided by Asbury Woods
- Male & Female Showers and Restrooms
- Large picnic shelter with tables
PICNIC SHELTER
Daily Rate: $80
Includes:
- Shelter and tables pictured
- Access to bathhouse restrooms

RV Site per Night: $25
Tent Site per Night: $25
** All sites have electric and water hookups (RV sites have 50 and 30 amp available)
WHOLE CAMP RENTAL
Whole camp plus grounds:
Nightly Rate: $1,300
Weekly Rate: $6,500
Includes:
- Use of all buildings on site
- 3 hours per day at the swimming pool (additional time can be requested at the hourly pool rate above)
- Lifeguard provided by Asbury Woods
